注意

操作之前,必须使用干净的发动机机油润滑泵体,并且泵必须能灵活运转,否则就会导致部件的损坏。


注: 低怠速时可接受的最低机油压力为 98 kPa (14 psi)。

将机油泵齿轮 (3) 加热到 180 至 220 °C (356 至 428 °F) 并支撑主动齿轮轴的末端以安装油泵齿轮。 按下机油泵齿轮,直到机油泵齿轮与该轴末端平齐。


注意

不要使用喷枪加热齿轮。 喷枪使齿轮受热不均匀可导致翘曲。 使用喷枪还可能会改变齿轮的硬度。


机油泵齿轮 (3) 与惰轮 (4) 之间的齿隙如下。 ... 0.100 至 0.190 mm (0.0039 至 0.0075 in)

注: 如果齿隙超过 0.35 mm (0.014 in),则更换齿轮。

注: 如果卸下机油泵齿轮,则机油泵齿轮和主动齿轮总成变为不可维修。

壳体之下的距离 ... 0.034 mm (0.0013 in)

注: 机油泵齿轮总成在机油泵壳体之下的维修极限为 0.150 mm (0.0059 in)。

注: 用塞尺测量机油泵齿轮和机油泵壳体之间的间隙。

机油泵齿轮和机油泵壳体的间隙 ... 0.050 至 0.098 mm (0.0020 至 0.0039 in)

注: 机油泵齿轮总成的维修极限为 0.10 mm (0.004 in)。

测量盖 (8) 和机油泵壳体 (7) 内轴孔的内径。 测量轴孔。 齿轮轴与机油泵壳体和护盖的间隙 ... 0.04 至 0.07 mm (0.002 至 0.003 in)

注: 如果间隙超过 0.15 mm (0.006 in) 的维修极限,则更换机油泵齿轮组件、盖或机油泵壳体。

注: 请将主动齿轮和从动齿轮作为一个总成进行更换。
