Aftercooler
Usage:
Remove & Install Aftercooler
1. Drain coolant from radiator.
2. Open hood.
3. Disconnect hose (4).
4. Disconnect hose (3).
5. Remove eleven bolts (2) and washers from top of aftercooler (1).
6. Loosen clamp (5).
7. Loosen clamp (7).
8. Slide hose (6) off the aftercooler.
9. Remove eleven bolts (2) and washers from bottom of aftercooler (1).
10. Remove aftercooler (1) and gasket. Check gasket for wear or damage, replace if necessary.
NOTE: For installation of the aftercooler, reverse the removal steps.
11. Fill the coolant system to the correct level.
