Water Temperature Regulator
Usage:
Remove Water Temperature Regulator
1. Remove the coolant from the cooling system for the engine.
2. Remove the water bypass line (1) for the water temperature regulator.
3. Remove the vent line (2).
4. Remove the fastening bolts and regulator housing from the engine.
5. Remove the water temperature regulator (3) from the regulator housing.
6. Remove the seal (4) from the regulator housing.
Install Water Temperature Regulator
1. Install the seal in the regulator housing, using tool group (A).
2. Install the regulator (2) in the housing (1) and put the regulator housing into position on the engine.
3. Install the fastening bolts for the regulator housing.
4. Install the vent line.
5. Install the bypass line for the water temperature regulator.
6. Fill the engine cooling system to correct level.
