Usage:
(1) Adjustment of clutch lever pull:
Force at 21.4 in. (541 mm) from center of shaft (2N6961) Clutch ... 123 to 163 lbs.(56 to 74 kg)
Force at 39.7 in. (1008 mm) from center of shaft 2N7080 & 7L7490 Clutches) ... 155 to 204 lbs.(70 to 93 kg)
(2) End clearance
2N6961 ... .006 to .010 in.(0,14 to 0,25 mm)
2N7080 ... Non-adjustable
7L7490 ... .010 to .012 in.(0,25 to 0,30 mm)
(3) Torque of shaft to hub nut ... 30 lb. ft.(4,1 mkg)
Then tighten additional:
2N6961 ... 150° to 180°
2N7080 ... 210° to 240°
7L7490 ... 270° to 300°
