Usage:
(1) Top plate thickness ... .5150 ± .0005 in.(13,081 ± 0,0127 mm)
Top plate-to-cylinder block gasket thickness ... .008 ± .001 in.(0,20 ± 0,05 mm)
Liner projection above top plate-clamped down ... .002-.006 in.(0,05-0,15 mm)
(2) Bore in block-main bearing ... 4.8855 ± .0005 in.(124,092 ± 0,0127 mm)
(3) Torque-turn-tighten nuts:
1. Lubricate threads with crankcase oil.
2. Initial tightening ... 75 ± 5 lb. ft.(10,4 ± 0,7 mkg)
3. Mark nut and end of stud.
4. Tighten additional (from mark) ... 120 ± 5°
