Precombustion Chambers

Usage:

Remove Precombustion Chambers

preparatory step:

a) remove fuel injection valves

1. Drain the cooling system.

2. Remove the plug (or glow plug if so equipped) from precombustion chamber.

3. Using wrench (A), remove the precombustion chamber (1). Remove precombustion chamber gasket.

Install Precombustion Chambers

1. Coat the precombustion chamber threads with 9M3710 Anti-Seize Compound.

2. Position the gasket on precombustion chamber, and install chamber in cylinder head.

3. Using wrench (A), tighten the chamber to 150 ± 5 lb. ft. (20,75 ± 0,7 mkg).

4. Install plug or glow plug in precombustion chamber and tighten to 124 ± 24 lb. in. (138 ± 27,67 cm.kg).

5. Fill the cooling system.

a) install fuel injection valves
