Diagnostic Code 168-4 Is Present after Installing Object Detection Monitor Software on Certain Small Off-Highway Truck/Tractors{7347}

Introduction
The problem that is identified below does not have a permanent corrective action. Until a permanent action is known, follow the action that is mentioned below.
Problem
When 422-7022 Monitor Software Gp is installed on the above mentioned machines, a 168-04 "Electrical System Voltage, Voltage Below Normal" low voltage warning is generated.
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of the problem, but a permanent correction action has not been identified. In the Interim, do not install 422-7022 Monitor Software Gp . If the software has been installed, reflash to 393-0420 Monitor Software Gp on to the Monitor Display Group (CMPD). The code will not be generated when using 393-0420 Monitor Software Gp .
Refer to Special Instruction, REHS7353-00, "Procedure for Installing Object Detection Software on Monitor Display Group of Certain Off-Highway Trucks" for installing the new software.
